Register immediately for psychological support. With or without a referral from your GP.
How to start
Your registration always starts with a telephone call with one of our psychologists. This takes about 10 minutes.
Have you already been referred to our practice? Or are you looking for suitable help yourself? Then schedule your introduction call in our online agenda. During this call we will answer all your questions and explain our procedure.
Introduction call
During the 10 minute introduction call, we briefly discuss your need for support and whether we are able to offer you the right treatment. You can also ask questions, for example about reimbursements and our treatments.
Is Stroomlijn the right fit for you? In that case we plan a more extensive intake interview via video.
You do not need a referral letter from your GP to schedule the phone call.
If you decide to work with us, an extensive intake interview will follow some time afterwards (via video calls) and a tailored treatment plan will be created. In some cases it turns out during the intake that our help is not sufficient after all. We will then give you advice for treatment elsewhere.
We don't want you to waste time or make unnecessary costs. That is why the registration always starts with an introductory meeting. This is done by telephone and will take approximately 10 minutes.
Referral
Do you want to be eligible for reimbursement of your treatment? Then you need a referral. For a referral, you first make an appointment with your GP. You discuss your complaints and indicate that you would like treatment at Stroomlijn.
With a valid referral, the intake interview is always reimbursed. Even if it turns out after the interview that there is no diagnosis that qualifies for reimbursement.
Rather no referral?
There can also be several reasons for deliberately not opting for a referral:
- You don't want a diagnosis.
- You have complaints for which the treatment is not reimbursed.
- You only need a limited number of sessions.
- You do not have a referral from your GP and want to register directly.
- Your employer takes care of the costs.
- Other personal considerations.
